Diana Gurtskaya - Georgia Eurovision 2008 Finalist

Georgians decided Diana Gurtskaya to represent their country in Eurovision Song Contest 2008. There she will perform the song called “Peace will come” in the second semifinal on May 22nd.
The results from the final are:

Well, Pat! She won’t be judged by you, American Idol or Simon right? If her voice is squeak for you, it is lullaby for Georgians and Russians. She is one of the most famous singers in both countries and if you doubt her talents and with that Russian or Georgian music business choices then you should learn more about their music and culture-you’ll be surprised. You have to choose best of the best to have voice and musical education here while in Georgia you will find that in every family you visit. And after that if you won’t change your mind then perhaps you are dumped by Georgian or Russian woman and I would advise you “get over it”- you are annoying.

For me the Georgian song is me the most emotional and beautiful. I would vote for them.

And the best original voice seems to come from Poland but a very common melody and musical background !
