The Pirates - Latvia Eurovision 2008 Finalist

After the Latvian final Eirodziesma, the audience decided to send to Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade the Pirates. To the Super Final were sent Andris Erglis, Pirates of the sea and Aisha. After the second round of voting, the Pirates were chosen to represent Latvia. Aleksandra Kurusova, Alexandra Kurusova and Janis Vaišla are the pirates.

Second place was for Aisha and third came Andris Erglis.

Kalomoira - Greece Eurovision 2008 Finalist

At the end of spectacular show in Greece, was decided Kalomoira to represent her country in Eurovision Song Contest 2008. The song “Secret Combination” is written by Poseidonas Giannopoulos and Kostas Pantzis. The winner was chosen by jury - 40% and televoting - 60%.

Greece is very successful country in Eurovision Song Contest. The country in the last years is always among the first 10 countries. This year the country will take part in the first semi final on May 20th.

Tamara feat. Vrcak & Adrian - Macedonia Eurovision 2008 Finalist

Tamara feat. Vrcak & Adrian will represent Macedonia in Eurovision Song Contest. In Skopjefest 2008 fifteen songs competed but Tamara won both the jury and the public vote. In the second and third place were Risto Samardiev & Flash and Lambe Alabakovski.

Part of the show in Skopje was dedicated to Tose Proeski, who was killed in a car accident. Ruslan Alehno and Hari Mata Hari took part too.
