Russian singer Dima Bilan has won the Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade.
In order of announcement:
Ukraine. Ani Lorak - Ukraine was drawn 18th in the final.
Croatia. Kraljevi Ulice - Croatia was drawn 9th in the final.
Albania. Olta Boka - Albania was drawn 3rd in the final.
Iceland. Euroband - Iceland was drawn 11th in the final.
Georgia. Diana Gurtskaya - Georgia was drawn 17th in the final.
Denmark. Simon Mathew - Denmark was drawn 16th in the final.
Sweden. Charlotte Perrelli - Sweden was drawn 15th in the fina.
Latvia. Pirates of The Sea - Latvia was drawn 14th in the final.
Turkey. Mor ve Ötesi - Turkey was drawn 12th in the final.
Portugal. Vânia Fernandes - Portugal was drawn 13th in the final.

Israel. Boaz - Israel was drawn 7th in the Final.
Azerbaijan. Elnur & Samir - Azerbaijan was drawn 20th in the Final.
Armenia. Sirusho - Armenia was drawn 5th in the Final.
Poland. Isis Gee - Poland was drawn 10th in the Final.
Norway. Maria - Norway was drawn 25th in the Final.
On Monday, April, 28 there will take place a special Spanish dance competition that aims to select three backing dancers who will perform together with Rodolfo Chikiliocuatre, Disco and Gráfica on the Belgrade stage on May,24.
Dancing Chiki Chiki is hosted by the famous actor and comedian Santiago Segura, who is responsible for the lyrics of the Spanish entry Baila el chiki chik as well. The competition will be highlighted by Spanish broadcaster on TVE1 at 22.00 CET and will find out the six finalists who made it to the final stage of this special program.
Three of participants then will be selected to join Rodolfo Chikilicuatre and his two main dancers on their mission to win Eurovision 2008 in Belgrade. The three lucky dancers will follow the instructions of Maite Marcos, who will be the Spanish choreographer for Event 2008.

Dima Bilan will represent Russia in Belgrade with song ‘Believe’. Dima represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with Never Let You Go, finishing second. He has several Russian #1 hits and now is interested in making an international career for himself.

Sirusho will represent Armenia in Eurovision 2008, with song ‘Qele qele’. Armenia takes part in the Eurovision for the 3 time - on the first two occasions the country finished always 8th.
Miodio will represent San Marino in Belgrade with song ‘Complice’. Miodio were unanimously selected by the special jury appointed by the Sanmarinese broadcaster to be the first representatives of the country in the Eurovision among the 50 entries received.

Rodolfo Chikilicuatre will represent Spain in Eurovision Song Contest in Serbia, Belgrade in may.
France Télévisions will send Sébastien Tellier to the Eurovision 2008 Song Contest in Serbia, with the song ‘Divine’. This will be the first time in the history of the contest that the French entry will be performed entirely in English.
